Your Body Is A Temple
If your body is a temple of the spirit, and it certainly is. Then you are a walking, talking sacred place. You are a church, you are a synagogue, you are that place in which the Divine Spirit dwells. Meditate on that fact throughout the day, and see how it makes you feel by sunset.
