You can talk to God and the angels anywhere at any time. You need not go into church or temple or preform any specific rituals; when your heart compels you to speak or pray... just do so. Many times we think of God as being too holy, far off or even angry at us. But this is not true; all of heaven is filled with people an beings that are our extended family and friends, and they have nothing but the purest love for us. Reach out today, and heaven will reach back.
