AN EXPERIMENT IN MIND

     Fill a dark blue or black bowl with water, (you can use anything that is black and flat that has a slight sheen to it.) Place the bowl or object on the table in front of you when it is dark outside. Turn off all the lights and light a single candle and place it three to four feet away from you in the room; you will want the room to have a very faint glow. Ask yourself a question that you want the answer to... then gaze into the water, or other surface. Try not to blink and just let your vision glaze over. What did you see in the black, shiny surface? Did a word or a vision appear before your eyes and answer your question? If you saw nothing, keep trying. You will eventually master this technique and be able to draw information out of your higher mind when you need it.
