Don't Be An Atlas

Some people carry the weight of the world on their shoulders. It's not enough that they have their own problems to deal with; they have to drag around everyone elses challenges as well. They worry for their family, friends, co-workers and their job. They worry about the economy, the state of the world and the government. This kind of worry will only lead to stress, unhappiness and ill health. Don't try to be a Mr. or Mrs. Atlas. Drop that globe off your back, and concentrate on dealing with just the challenges of the day. And remember, prayer is the best medicine for any difficulty. Hand those back bending concerns over to the God; he can solve problems in wonderful and creative ways.
