Is all of this political posturing, societal division and constant barrage of negative reports from the media just a distraction that will not matter very much in the end? Have many of us ever thought to raise our eyes above the commotion of this world and see something more glorious over-the-horizon? Maybe we should, because there is...

LIFE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX WE LIVE IN

    Quantum physics tells us that everything we see around us as solid, is nothing more then particles and waves. In fact many Quantum physicists say that it seems we are living in a simulation of some sort. The questions many philosophers have asked over the ages is, what is reality? There is so much to ponder, so much to know. And then we have literally, decades worth of information of people having near-death experiences, deathbed visions and descriptions of a world beyond this world. Yet here on planet Earth, we are all living in this very small system of going to work, paying the bills, supporting our favorite political parties and arguing over religions.

    The hamster wheel turns round and round, and yet, and many do not even ponder the greater and bigger picture. How many of us actually take the time each day to try to expand our consciousness? Most times, when someone talks about these greater realities, people will often shrug it off and say things like, "meanwhile back in the real world!" But what is the real world? Is it this small little system that we all live and die in? Or is it something more? Aren't we a bit like the people chained, and living in a cave that Socrates spoke of in his parable? We watch the Shadows dance across the wall and give those Shadows names, and then believe that those Shadows are reality? We tell ourselves that this is the way that the world is, and there's nothing outside of the cave. Perhaps it's time to start thinking about life outside of the box we are trapped in. There's a whole lot more than this!

PARANORMAL DISTURBANCES

    The weekend is coming and a lot of people will just want to sit back, and relax with a good movie. And for many of us, we will prefer a scary movie because Halloween is just around the corner. It's that time of the year, when those things that go bump in the night ramp up they're haunting activities. So if you or someone you know is having issues with paranormal disturbances, then the video attached below may be very helpful to you.

   There are many different theories about what ghosts and hauntings are. And there are just as many ways to deal with them as there are theories. The video below is the video adaptation of one of my podcasts that talks about some of the theories behind ghosts and hauntings. But also puts forth several ways in which you may rid your home of such disturbances if you are plagued by something otherworldly. For those who are interested, enjoy!

HATRED AND DIVISION

    It's time to stop bickering and hating one another because of political views. Is there anything that man will not use to divide himself from others? Why must we always feel Superior to someone else? Why must we always look for reasons to hate another person? We claim to be the most intelligent creature on the planet, yet we act in such immature and unintelligent ways. How can peace on Earth prevail if we cannot even get past our own arrogance and Prejudice?

THE INFINITE

    The Infiniti Spirit is not a man sitting upon a golden throne. It does not possess the prejudices, hatred and egotism of mere mortals. Neither does it promote war or feuding religious  factions that confuse and divide... It is so much more than this!

HALLOWEEN: IS IT THE DEVIL'S NIGHT?

    There are a lot of people, this time of year, who warn us not to participate in certain holidays that come with the season. They tell us to beware, in cryptic tones, of all the devilish dangers that lurk in the shadows of the night during the seasonal celebrations. Sometimes they can sound very convincing, and other times, they can downright terrify the people whom they are speaking to. They tell us that by celebrating any of these holidays, we are inadvertently giving worship to Satan and being displeasing to God.

    But these people fail to realize that worshipping something is an act of the will and an act of the heart. You cannot be worshiping, a so-called devil, just by having a jack o'lantern on your mantel or a Christmas tree in the corner of your living room. And if someone thinks that the Divine Spirit is angry because someone has such an item in their home, then I think these individuals need to reevaluate there rendition of the Divine.

Is a family having Autumn fun, by taking their children out trick-or-treating, committing a grave sin and participating in demonic activities? Is a person risking eternal hell and a myriad of demonic attacks just buy decking the halls during the Christmas season? I would suppose that someone's vision of God would be rather weak if they think that a day on the physical calendar, or a vegetable with a face carved into it, is greater than the light. And I also suppose, that that God would be more like an anthropomorphic man then a deity of perfection, if it were highly offended by such meager things.

    I do feel that it is time to start thinking logically about these things, and to perhaps start questioning the high-octane fear of some these religious sects. After all, would God want us to always live under such heavy suspicion and fear? If we are a firm believer in these modern doctrines of dark thought; might we ask ourselves, who do we really believe in and worship? Did not Christ even say, that out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks? Perhaps many of us should start to examine what kind of thoughts constantly haunt our mind, and what kind of words cross our lips when we speak? I would end this article by also reminding the reader of the proverb, as a man thinks, so he is. If we continually look for darkness everywhere, might we become that darkness?

THROUGH THE MIND'S EYE

    Greetings one and all, it's been awhile since I've blogged here on this site. I've been busy podcasting, working and a whole host of other activities to keep life busy. But I've often thought about the blog, and have noticed that people still come here to read the old posts. To be honest, I felt with the end of Google Plus, it would have been the end of the blog. But I guess I was wrong about that.

    And so after a couple of weeks of contemplation, I have decided to return to the blogging world. After all, this meant something here to some folks. And so I've taken the blog back to basics and reinstated the original name, the Mind's Eye. And no, I am not a Freemason because of the graphic at the top of the page LOL. To me, the Mind's Eye is the eye of the higher mind, the higher consciousness. The eye, that if we look through, it can change our perception, and change our lives.
Metaphysics is a very sacred and powerful thing.

    So look for new blogs two to three times a week here in the place where everything started. I'll see you all in the next post.
