Just 10 minutes of meditation each morning will begin to make you feel more centered, and grounded throughout your day. When other people are stressing out and sweating the small stuff, you will remain calm and poised. Your blood pressure will begin to lower, you'll have more energy and feel healthier throughout the day. If you meditate for 10 minutes, twice a day, morning and afternoon, you will see these benefits increase in your daily life. And the wonderful thing about meditation is that the more you do it and get accustomed to having a daily practice, the longer your time spent in the transcendence stillness will increase. Your 10 minutes will soon become 15 minutes and then even up to 20 minutes if you so desire. But even if you keep the practice at 10 minutes at each sitting, your life will improve in many little, surprising ways. It is something well worth doing!
