Divine guidance comes to us gently. It is not harsh, nor does it instruct us to walk some hard and strenuous path. Divine guidance is not like human nature, for we often expect things to be hard. We subscribe to the old saying, no pain no gain. From our finite reasoning, we always look for things to be done in a difficult and physically laborious manner. And we expected it to take a certain amount of blood, sweat and tears. But Divine wisdom is above our way of thinking. Its way is not burdensome or difficult; although it may take a certain amount of spiritual and mental effort to carry out a task, for it is often contrary to our way of doing things. But make no mistake, Divine guidance will always show us a more peaceful and enlightened way of accomplishing our goals and overcoming our difficulties.
