Don't ever feel bad about yourself or put yourself down. No one is really any better than anyone else in this world because we're all the same inside. Just because someone else may be thinner, have more money or a higher paying job doesn't make them better. The old saying that goes, "you can't take it with you when you die," is very true. When our bodies cease to function, our spiritual selves will depart this world, and our former looks, wealth or social position will not matter anymore. We are all spiritual beings and all pretty much have the same thoughts, concerns and emotions. Material substances and the reflection in the mirror cannot make us better than anyone else, they just fill a three dimensional space for a time. Then we will return to our true form which is spirit. And spiritually we are all one with everyone and everything... None of us are better then anyone else, we just are.
