A PRISON OF SHADOWS
Most times when our life feels like a prison, it is we who have built the bars. Hanging onto resentments, past hurts and failures, letting irrational fear rule us or staying in an abusive relationship... These are just some of the things that can imprison us. But the cells that hold us captive are merely shadows and we are, in fact, able to walk right through the walls and free ourselves.
