     This is my dream house, right in the middle of a place where it's October year round. I think such a place for me would be called heaven :-)



SONGS FOR DUSTMITES

    How many of you are familiar with the old children's show Blue's Clues? You know, the one where the blue dog would leave clues around the house so that her friend Steve could figure out what she wanted to do today. The Star of the show was Steve Burns and he seemed quite the nerd to us adults as he ran around his house singing songs and doing dances when the mail came.

   But alas, Steve grew older and eventually left the show and for years, no one knew what happened to him. It turned out that he was pursuing a career in music and released an album entitled, Songs for Dustmites. Songs for Dustmites is actually an impressive album and one of my favorites to jam now and then. Steve sings well, the tunes are catchy and the music is well played. So today, I invite each of you to perhaps visit Youtube  and listen to some of Steve Burns' music... You might even find yourself dancing to it while you get the mail!

REMOVING SPLINTERS

    It is always best to deal with our inner issues before they manifest as an outer problem. When we get a splinter, we remove the foreign object from our body. We do not live with the pain and allow it to become infected and spread bacteria throughout our system. It is the same with psychological and emotional disturbances; remove the problem quickly and the issue will not manifest difficulties into other areas of our life. 

 

 

LIVE TOGETHER OR DIE ALONE

    There are some people in this world who will always see the bad no matter how many good things life gives them. There are some people in this world who may be surrounded by others who care for them and support them... yet in the end, they will choose to die alone. THE SOUL

    Is the soul some abstract, intangible thing that has no real importance in life other than to be guarded and kept safe by adhering to certain doctrines dogmas and rules? Is the only real significance of the soul nothing more than a keepsake that we must somehow keep pure in order for it to be rewarded after death? Or is the soul a vital part of our being that must be developed throughout our lifetime and also in whatever life may come after our mortal passing. Is the soul just some mysterious wisp within that cannot be felt or known, or is it a powerful source that can enable us to do things that are beyond our natural/physical ability? It is up to each of us to answer these questions for ourselves and then live the reality of the obvious answer.

THE GREEN MAN

   
    The Green Man motif has many variations. Found in many cultures around the world, the Green Man is often related to natural vegetative deities springing up in different cultures throughout the ages. Primarily it is interpreted as a symbol of rebirth, or "renaissance", representing the cycle of growth each spring. Some^[1][2] speculate that the mythology of the Green Man developed independently in the traditions of separate ancient cultures and evolved into the wide variety of examples found throughout history.     If you look closely, you will see the face of the Green Man in nature, especially now when the leaves are new.

THE WORDS OF THE DEAD

    Did you know that many researchers who investigate the paranormal have caught very clear spirit voices on tape. I'm sure we have all heard of the EVP, (electronic voice pattern.) But did you know that many have recorded spirit voices saying that we who walk on the material earth plane do not understand the afterlife? These mysterious voices from beyond have said that we have infused our religions with false ideas that do not describe the afterlife accurately. The voices from beyond have said that the spirit world seems more real than the material world, and that thought materializes into form. They have also said that there is no eternal hell; there are however lower realms where a soul may have to go to learn from its mistakes before it can progress. These messages are very interesting and does give us much to ponder..

 



THE JOKER

    I thought today we would do some more fortune telling with the playing cards. Today's card is the Joker: The Joker is the equivalent to the fool in the Tarot; it represents the incarnated soul on its journey through the material world. What this card is saying today is that you should have the courage to pursue your dreams. The Universe supports you and you are here for a reason, so turn your back on your fears and abandon yourself to the magnetic pull of your greatest bliss. Your heart is your compass and your desires are the blueprint for your purpose. But as much as you are free to pursue your dreams in this world, also remember that you are a spiritual being. So remember to take time to commune with the Divine Source in the way that empowers you. The Joker's message for the day is that you are empowered to accomplish your goals or begin to better your life through the pursuit of your greatest dream. Spirit is with you and your chances for success are high.

 



SIMPLE CANDLE MAGIC

    A great way to release energy for manifestation is through candle magic. This is a simple process that anyone can do at any time. The first thing you need to do is purchase a small votive candle, white is best. Other tools you will need are a pin or small knife and some olive oil. To do this process, you simply sit with the candle and think about what you want; then with the image firmly in your mind you are going to carve a symbol that represents your desire into the candle. For example, if its money you want, you might carve a dollar sign. If it's romance you desire, you might carve a heart or for health purposes the Caduceus. You could also use runes or any other mystical symbols that you might be familiar with. The next step in the process is to anoint the candle with the olive oil. And remember to keep concentrating on what it is you want to manifest while anointing the candle as well. The candle is now prepared and you are ready to do your work.

    To perform the candle magic ritual, you will light the candle and then do one of the following: You can say a prayer, simply ask the universe for what you want, chant or just state what you want in confidence that it will come. You can even write your own magical chant or decree to read during the ritual or find one that you like in a book. After you have prayed, decreed or chanted, you will simply sit in silence for a few moments and meditate on what it is you desire... when you are finished with this, simply thank the universe for fulfilling your desires and blow out the candle. Do this ritual daily until the candle is burned out and then just discard the stub. Or you can do the ritual for a set number of day, say three to five days. And then on the final day of the ritual just leave the candle lit and let it burn out. This is simple candle magic... and it does work.
